Yep been to one like that Pepsi company in Pittsburgh old 1940 tight squeeze these companies make millions still we have to barely fit into these cramped areas while dodging other drivers leaving after getting loaded

  2. @FDP5050 Avatar

Charge that company for damaged tires – you're now a traffic hazard

    Plenty of room 😂😂😂

I guess you gotta be perfect then

As long as the tires are fine, Its not that big of deal.

I've been to places where the trailer doors touch the doors of the trailers next to you…..on both sides.

  8. @CaballoSalvajeTrese Avatar

Looks like they got real tired of truckers not centering up at the docks lol

  9. @MikeD-m3g Avatar

Im sorry. I do not see an issue here. They want you centered. There are painted lines for additional guidance. Docks i have backed to have nothing but a door and a trailer backed at angle at the next.

    I've delivered here. It sucks.

The dock doors are too close to each other and they look like they're 8 ft wide which is an old dock door.
You want 5 ft -4.6" of clear between the doors and 9'x10' dock door. The facility was probably designed for a 48 ft trailer not a WB67 53' ft trailer. The truck court probably too small.

Results of drivers that can't back in….

    go work somewhere else then!

Since they let Momos operate trucks they need tire bumpers to hit the hole.

After 40+ years of driving I still pride myself on my backing
Never have I hit anything but the dock

The new coke plant in Olathe KS has same thing. It chews up sides of tires

  24. @MichaelTaylor-k4o Avatar

It's because the trucks are now being loaded by robot fork trucks and the trailer has to be in a precise position for them to work properly
