In netherlands its 25euro a pack now, i always get mine in germany there the same ones are 12euro a pack.

Alright I've done the math for 2 packs a day. A year it's about 7k. Every year you spend 30 days of it just smoking (if on average it takes you 3 minutes to smoke) If you've smoked for 30 years with a median price of $8 in 30 years you've spent about 300k and smoked 400k cigarettes
