He's still getting charged. It's just malfunctioning sensor that knows when the nozzle is hung up. Or it's a malfunctioning screen.

Do you think you are guessing your car but it’s the guy behind guessing his car but put his nozzle in your side so that he can steal. Very old Gas station thieving mechanism.
