Actually it's ppl in their living vans and rv some don't care about the rules when told they can't park at any place that's meant to truck drivers to park so yeah it's a bummer they ruin things for truck drivers..

Driver's only have a given number of hours to legally drive they have to waste some of that to find a place to park to sleep to remove safe parking to rest you force them to drive excessive hours illegally and dangerously
