Had a motorcycle in Colorado doing that. I grabbed out an led flashlight and shined it back at them. It wasn't steady but gave the point.

I had a woman in the Mercedes do that to me with her bright lights. I tapped the brakes a couple of times cause she was blinding the crap out of me. She never dimmed the lights soooo I lit the back of my truck and trailer up. It looked like a lighthouse back there. Needless to say she passed me lmao.

I've done that. It pisses me off when they won't dim their lights. So I turn on my work lights on the rear and they dim theirs every time
