There used to be 5 semi's parking in open lot across the street. We put out garbage cans they just dump their garbage on the ground lot lizards would come around steal packages off ppls porch they let their trucks run 24/7 next to neighbors kids bedroom windows got to the point people that lived on the block couldn't enjoy windows being open . I seen 3 ppl od next to the trucks now they r not alive .
People started complaining city started putting tickets on trucks . Now they r gone lot lizards still around lady running the drug house that was making money off truck parking now making money off lot lizards. 😮😮Not another step…

I sure it’s from the warehouse personnel as it’s not that difficult to make it from a empty trailer to outside when pulled from the dock. Was a regular thing when I worked the yard.
