Here in Holland the level of cops is lower than down syndroomIt's amazing how cops will stand right in your face and just make up anything thinking you have no choice but to believe them. Having know idea what you may have done for a living. Whether you were a judge, a former police officer or a lawyer. They'll just start making up crap as they go as if the bill of rights doesn't even exist. It's always the dumbest ones that do this because even the average halfway educated person knows what freedom of speech is and what the 2nd 4th and 5th amendments are. Yet police departments continue to hire these embarrassing fools to represent their department. Always record any encounter with law enforcement for court purposes.

This is why word policing is very dangerous, because when you make something so broad as to the rhetoric she's spitting, that clearly violates freedom of speech because someone else's feelings are hurt. It makes literally the ability to have freedom of speech not available. There's literally a law called "Use of Fighting Words," which is so broad that it basically covers anything that you say that causes someone else to feel a particular type of way, other than a terrorist threat, which means you literally threaten someone. And as much as I agree that you can't threaten someone, or you shouldn't be able to threaten someone, or you shouldn't be able to incite a riot or incite a stampede, the verbiage for those things is very, very clear. But you have something like speech policing, where they're saying you can't say things that are harmful or hurtful to other people. That is a slippery slope of freedom of speech.
