I've been a Swift trainer for 11 years and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt those knobs do nothing. You just pull the trolley brake once and it makes a really cool 'PSHHH-EEWW" sound and then you put the transmission into "N"owhere mode. When you wake up you're either still at the fuel island or your truck needs maintenance.
Yeah I never had that happen, seriously. Maybe because I drive a box truck versus a big rig.
