About TA, Petro and TA Express

TA is part of the BP group. Its travel centers combine road services with places to eat, rest and handle vehicle needs. The exact facilities differ by location and brand; use the official location directory to confirm a stop’s truck parking, diesel lanes, repair shop, restaurants and operating hours before routing there.

Services for company drivers and owner-operators

  • Fuel and DEF: diesel fueling and diesel exhaust fluid at participating stops, with location-specific products and pricing.
  • Parking: truck parking and Reserve-It! reservations where offered, plus gated parking at selected locations. Review the reservation rules, availability and cancellation terms before booking.
  • Driver amenities: showers, convenience shopping and food choices. The location listing is the best place to check which amenities are present.
  • TA Truck Service: truck maintenance, diagnostics, tires and repairs at participating service centers.
  • Digital planning: the earnify pro app supports locating stops and booking selected showers, parking and truck repair services. Follow the current program terms for rewards and account benefits.

RoadSquad / emergency breakdown assistance

TA Truck Service coordinates commercial-truck breakdown assistance around the clock, seven days a week, throughout the year. Its dispatch network includes TA service vehicles and qualified third-party providers. Call 800-824-7467 (800-824-SHOP) when you need commercial-truck roadside service.

The published service scope includes mechanical and electrical work, tires, out-of-fuel assistance, jump starts, diagnostics, brakes, trailer repairs, air leaks, belts, hoses and liftgates. Availability depends on the truck, location and provider. TA advertises no membership fees or contracts for this service; repairs and dispatch still have charges. Ask for the expected response, estimate, payment method and applicable warranty before authorizing work.

Published business mailing address and local contacts

TravelCenters of America
Attn: Contracts and Lease Manager
24601 Center Ridge Road, Suite 200
Westlake, OH 44145-5639

This address is published for leasing correspondence on TA’s For Renters page. Send guest-service concerns through the guest contact form rather than assuming that the leasing office handles them. Individual travel centers have their own addresses, phone numbers and hours in the location directory. A general customer-service fax number is not published on the contact page reviewed.

Fleet tools and business services

Fleet operators can request sales help for fuel-card programs and nationwide stop coverage. TA Fleet Universal Card and earnify fleet card have separate program terms; compare participating locations, billing arrangements, controls and fees with the sales team. eShop 2.0 is listed among fleet tools. Use the official fleet pages for the current products rather than assuming that every card or app benefit is interchangeable.

TA also provides careers information for travel-center and corporate roles, franchising information, and leasing contacts. These are separate business channels from driver guest service.

Plan a useful stop

  1. Find the exact TA, Petro or TA Express location on your route and confirm its address and local phone number.
  2. Check the fuel, parking, shower, food and repair services you need, along with hours and any location updates.
  3. Reserve parking or a shower through the official booking channel where available; retain the confirmation.
  4. For repair work, explain the truck symptoms and equipment details to the shop or breakdown dispatch and confirm the scope and price.
  5. For a later guest-service issue, keep the receipt and note the location, department, date and time so customer service can route your request.
