Wawa Fuel Stops & Fleet Cards
Food, coffee, fuel, business fuel accounts, rewards and the right contact for your request.
About Wawa
Wawa is a privately held convenience retailer offering built-to-order foods, coffee, specialty beverages and fuel services. The company’s fleet-program history traces the business to an iron foundry in 1803, a dairy-processing business in 1902 and the first Wawa Food Market in 1964. Today, its food and fuel network serves local customers, travelers and business fleets.
A professional driver should distinguish a Wawa convenience store from a full-service truck stop. Use the official locator to review a specific store’s fuel options, services and daily menu. Confirm tractor-trailer access and any parking rules before entering. Diesel availability does not establish overnight parking, showers, scales, truck repairs or high-flow commercial lanes.
Fuel and trip planning
Wawa’s fuel page says its fuel stores carry four gasoline grades and most sell diesel and ethanol-free fuel. The store locator provides individual fuel options and service details, which are more useful for routing than a general network claim. Company drivers should check their carrier’s approved fuel sites and card restrictions before making a detour.
Before arriving, identify the intended store, entry and exit, the right pump for your equipment, and a separate backup stop if you need a long rest break. If you need information on pump access, a receipt or a fuel transaction, use the store’s current listing or Wawa’s customer contact center. Keep the store number, purchase date and receipt available when requesting assistance.
Wawa Fleet and Universal cards
Wawa partners with WEX for business fleet fuel cards. The Wawa Fleet Card focuses on Wawa locations; the Wawa Universal Card adds acceptance across a broader fuel network. The official fleet program describes driver PIN authorization, employee/card spending limits, transaction details, automated expense tracking and reporting.
Fleet SmartHub lets account users review transactions, look up driver IDs, view available credit and cancel a lost or stolen card. Compare the current card agreements, acceptance, charges, eligibility and rebate terms before applying. Promotional rebates are time-limited and may require qualifying purchases or account conditions. Personal Wawa Rewards and a business fuel-card account are separate programs; confirm whether a particular payment and reward can be combined.
Rewards, mobile ordering and catering
Wawa Rewards offers points on qualifying purchases and redemption through its Rewards Store. Current program details describe food, drink and fuel rewards, subject to eligibility and location restrictions. The pay-at-the-pump page states that rewards points cannot be redeemed on fuel transactions in New Jersey or where prohibited by law.
The mobile app supports browsing the menu, ordering ahead and choosing available pickup or delivery methods. Confirm your selected store and order details before paying. For a fleet meeting or driver-appreciation event, Wawa also offers catering. Its large-event catering FAQ describes delivery service in the greater Philadelphia area and advises contacting the catering team about coverage. That service publishes delivery hours of 6 a.m.–7 p.m., seven days a week, and a usual order deadline of 11 a.m. the day before the event; those hours are not the customer contact center’s hours.
