Roadmark
A trucker map for stops, parking, scales, repair shops and roadside service discovery.
What Roadmark does
Roadmark brings truck stops, parking, weigh stations, CAT scales, repair-shop discovery and route planning into a map designed for professional drivers. The official site describes coverage for semi-truck drivers, owner-operators and small fleets operating in the lower 48 states. Drivers can look for nearby services or plan a route and review options along the corridor.
The company says its recommended independent shops are selected through research and driver feedback. Treat that as Roadmark’s selection process rather than an independent guarantee of workmanship, pricing or availability. The app is a directory and planning resource; confirm your repair directly with the business that will perform it.
Repair and roadside search features
Search categories cover general truck repair, tires, brakes, diesel engines, electrical systems, trailer repair, refrigeration and mobile roadside work. Roadside SOS tools help users find the type of service suited to the reported problem. Filters can help narrow an air leak, tire problem, jump start, lockout or engine derate to relevant service options.
Roadmark also shows local conditions such as temperature, wind, sunrise, sunset and weather alerts when searching a city. Its map includes truck stops, commercial travel-center chains, scales and parking options. Use those results as a starting point and check current business hours, truck access and service availability before heading to a location.
Free browsing, accounts and driver reviews
The official FAQ says guests can browse the map, find truck stops and view local weather without an account. A free account unlocks additional features including recommended shops, reviews, SOS help, CDL verification and saved favorites. CDL-verified reviews carry a marker intended to help readers identify feedback from professional drivers.
Drivers and shops can suggest additions through the map’s Recommend a shop feature. The FAQ explains that shop submissions include an address, while mobile-mechanic submissions can use a city and phone number. Submissions are reviewed before being added. If a phone number is missing, Roadmark may offer a search button rather than a verified number in its own listing.
Verified Roadmark contacts
- App support and general inquiries: support@roadmark.app.
- Official contact page: Roadmark Contact Us.
- Driver support: questions about the app, shop suggestions and CDL verification.
- Shop and mechanic inquiries: listing additions, corrections and featured placement.
- Fleet and partnership inquiries: operations-team needs and partnership ideas can be sent to the same support address.
- Published response expectation: approximately a couple of business days; this is support response time, not roadside dispatch time.
- Public support phone and mailing address: not published in the reviewed official contact and legal pages. The legal notice directs requests for registered operator details to the support email.
Using a listing before a service call
Roadmark’s FAQ says listing information comes from public sources, research and submissions and may become outdated. Call the shop to confirm that it works on your truck and can address the specific problem. Ask about mobile coverage, arrival estimates, diagnostic or call-out fees, parts, labor and payment requirements. Company drivers should contact their fleet’s breakdown department and obtain the required authorization.
The site includes driver guides on breakdown preparation, maintenance costs, repair selection, scales and parking. Check current fleet procedures and official rules for decisions involving vehicle operation or compliance. Map directions and directory entries do not establish parking permission or replace posted restrictions.
