Witnessed that driving on the Vegas strip once. Very angry homeless lady brutally flashed the intersection. You can say yeah it’s Vegas, but that was a first for me even there. Been to Vegas plenty of times.

I live in St. Louis and let me tell you I seen a homeless lady literally naked running down the street screaming they trying to kill me and it was the police chasing her😂😂😂 man I was rolling
