WTF???? where's the amish here like???? its clearly older generation car and van with warning lights on the back because they can't hit motorway speeds so for safety sake they've put flashing lights on the back of there vehicles. Hod did this guy even manage to pass his test when he doesn't even know what motor vehicles are??? 😂😅

May be menonite or quaker but more likely a person driving an Antique Truck that can't go. Above 40-45 mph and is this required to use their emergency Flasher's and stay in the driving lane when on the interstate !!!
