I quess i was fortunate not to ever run out of fuel. And during winter months, i never let my fuel drop below half in both tanks.😊

I went trucking with my dad as a kid. I can't count how many times I woke up in the bunk to him just repeating "please make it,please make it" over and over.😂. So I would get up pull out the maps and start looking for the nearest fuel. Yes he trusted a child to give directions.. then he would get mad every time we got lost.😂. I couldn't even read a book, how could I read a map properly 😂.

This is dumb. You haven’t knew enough truck that it should show you how many kilometres you have until E. Also, you can get out and put a stick into your gas tank to see how full it is if you run that truck out of fuel your dispatchers in the mechanics are gonna hate you. It’s not as simple as just putting fuel back into it.
