When I drove, driving into the sun was the only time I would raise the air seat up.

Use a piece of cardboard to extent your visor down. . Manufacturers should make fold up extensions for this situation.

Easy fix … stop and check the trailer for any smugglers . If it’s clear you’ll have better visibility.

I bought a MACK hat for the logo . It's my duck feeding hat , I say MACK , MACK, to Max and Wilma . the Mallard couple , I named after a Parker Reefer husband and wife team I used to know .

I've always had 2 pairs of sunglasses in my vehicles. Just in case 1 brakes or I lose 1.

the trick is to schedule your down time for that time of the day

Its like an interaction game. Trucker gives problem and he's looking around. You see it and have him GRAB THE HAT off the dash. Then you unlock the next part of the game.

There used to be visor extensions you could clip to the bottom of the visor that folded down, amber colored. That was "back in the day" lol

The trick is avoid driving during that sunset time. Half hour of your time.
Use it to eat lunch or get some rest.
Let your supervisor know you will take your lunch. -

I personally raise my seat higher than usual. Otherwise, I'm blinded temporarily. It's brutal

I drove over the road for 7 years, when driving west I would find a parking spot till it got dark…………take a short nap…

Use Jet Shades….it is what airline pilots use in their cockpit windows.
