He should’ve listened but he didn’t, she took the ticket and said she’d see him in court and she did take it to court, where it was dropped and the officer looked like about as idiotic as one could possibly look.
She's lying. She had multiple videos showing her using her movable stump to tie shoes and hold a phone. She deleted the videos and kept the victim lie. Her stump has a joint and small section of arm she can close and open. The nub easily moves and manipulates stuff.
