Depends on the freezing point you are trying to get to. Unless the isopropyl is being added for another reason? Being a Canadian, I immediately think of cold weather. Though if it is for cold weather, A gallon of RainX -45 degree is $7 and likely less than the quart of isopropyl, so I don't understand the reasoning.

I tried this before doesn't help, same with air lines, it is too little to help, at least two full bottles then maybe, but at that point just buy the premade shit already.
