Better be paying me “on call” money. My current employer tried to pull some crap like this on us drivers saying not to punch in until supervisors called us and told us to come in when our load was ready so we wouldn’t get to work according to our schedule and sit there getting paid cuz our load wasn’t ready. We told them we following our schedule and punching in the time it says to punch in. The load not being ready sounds like a “loaders in the warehouse not doing their job problem”. Until they get us on call pay we following our schedule. Guess what happened? They dropped their dumbass idea.

Company? Record profits?? Companies are fictions on paper that don't feel hunger, pain, don't get sick, don't have bills…a company is just an identity for the weak (government) to steal money from. WE are the company engine. We stop…company dies. Make it worth our while because the way things are right now…working isn't worth it.
