Just do it. Get a planet fitness black card, fits all locations. Who cares if you gain weight, as long as you get cardio fat don't matter if you have a strong heart. (To a limit ofc)

Just my thought 💭 n booger king is they do like the cologne and perfume section of the mall spraying their sent every 15 minutes so it’s not the food you smell it’s the sprayer on the roof 😂 or maybe not

I can relate 😂. Driving a A-Train from Portland Oregon to twin falls Idaho then back to. We’d leave Portland about 5pm then hit the Dalles Oregon around 6.30pm and all the burger joints would be going full throttle. Even with the windows up we could smell all the burgers being cooked. Dam it smelled good but we couldn’t stop. Had to be in twin falls at 3am🤪🤪🤪. It was pure torture every night 😂😂😂😂

This is why I keep a deep freezer in the passenger seat. Full of food that I bought from a grocery store instead of stopping truck stops and fast food places. I'm still obese and one of these days, hopefully I will be able to catch up and be healthier. But in the meantime, it is very hard because yeah, I have quit so many of my addictions that food is still the remaining one.
