I got award cert.for outstanding achievement in final backing & final road driving from ATDS
They said put hair around it,he needed the chocolate starfish painted dead center
he finally found backed into he the space only to find out he was at the wrong warehouse in the wrong city and in the wrong state.
Remember those days. Was horrible. especially if a jerk is in jump seat.😅✅️
Put some hair around that hole 😂
Lack of Training
The more shit you do the more shit you learn.
Still don't know who is worse. Swift or Werner.
I've done it. When things go wrong, they go really wrong.
I remember driving around a truck stop for hours practicing parking… my dispatcher called me and told me to stop. I got good at backing because I spent alot of time driving around empty parking lots and backing into spots. Practice makes perfect
The sad thing is Werner had it nailed 4 seconds in. All they had to do was offset back and done. Wtf. I graduated from Werner in 2020 and they make you pass this shit. What happened here is a glitched out driver.
His wife says he has the same problem at home 😊
Amazed its not a swifty but guaranteed he has his safety flip flops
Everyone has an off day
Today's drivers with free cdl like Ukrainian
Like a teenager trying to figure out where to stick his weiner for the first time 😂😂😂
Jokes aside, we were all there at one time.
Don't get the wrong hole😃
Reminds me of my first day as a solo driver. You'll get better just don't hit anything
Compared to the average Western Express driver hes doing pretty good
Semi backing can be taught, the student however does need to already have depth perception and spacial awareness. I drove for 7.5 years still have my CDL now. It took me approx 1 month to get decent and 6 months to get very good, I've met other drivers who have been on the job for nearly a decade who say they just went and got a doubles authorization and got a job pulling doubles, WAY less backing and that backing is usually with a pup trailer
I don't blame the driver it's the company he is working for don't give up driver
I've been driving 35 years now, and sometimes I have a bad day myself.
My Dad drove 47 years, and he had his bad days too.
Doesn't matter how long you have been driving, sometimes we all need a little help!!!
No one is perfect all the time!!!
Give me all the room i the world, and i couldn't hit the broad side of a barn!!!
Give me a tight spot, and I can pretty much hit it, first time, no problem.
I don't know why, haven't been able to figure that out!!!😂
Everyone needs a little bit of help once in a while, no matter how long you have been driving.
Not only that, but we all had to start somewhere, we weren't born experts on everything.
Some people seem to forget that!!!
I have driven in so messed up places, crap everywhere, bumped the dock, no problem. I've been to big open places and was the only truck there and did this because I was dead tired.
I will never say I suck at backing again. Poor guy…
I'll tell you what, if you're at the end of your run and tired af, it can be harder then it should. Stop get out and walk around looking at things. Look at it from all angles. stand in front and visualise how you want ot get in. then just don't forget to reverse that when you get back in the seat. NOt just tird, there's all kinds of reasons we just randomly " forget" how to back up. But getting frustrated only makes it worse. It's easy to laugh at it, but most of us have been here at least once. That's why we laugh.
I struggle with my car so this for sure is out of my league!
I've seen driver's with multiple years of experience not able to do a straight back to save their life. Put them on a 90-degree back and do it, if not perfect, very close. I'm not saying this is the case, but I've seen it working as a yard dog.
That would be me!
I can't even tell what he's aiming for.
Bruh it’s not that hard if you have enough space and this guy has enough space
I watched a guy at DSV today… He may still be there…
Gotta do it to learn tho. No point somebody doin it for ya…
Backing can be taught, but something still has to click for you to get it… it takes time. By now he/she is probably a pro at backing
Poor guy. I don't miss the early days trying to figure out how to maneuver the trailer. Due largely to poor training meat mills. All good though. The best way to learn is by doing.
This one bay the drive license 🪪 in the Internet 🛜 ( man find other job) even my wife drives better 😭😭😭😭🛵🚜
Where did he “BUY” his license.
That’s scary to think that they put anybody behind the wheel (wheel holder) and can’t maneuver or alley-dock, Jersey dock etc…
Wow it's tough but can be done
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
First of backing he found the hole some drivers need to take notice of their serroundings the older truckers new what they were doing
Poor driver
Perfect music for this! 😂 This poor guy needs to go to a real driving school though, not company bad joke school 😮
Regular rocket scientist here 😅😂🤣😉👍
Can't fix stupid
Huge steering and movements. NO experience. No speak English
Shouldn't be able to get a license for going forward if you can't make it go backerd's.
Pickup truck driver saw the signs and got the heck out of the way! 😂
