The white car took the far right turning lane. Meaning it needed to turn into the far right lane. That's the rules of the road. The trucker did nothing wrong.

Turn those stupid unnecessary infernal blab blab blabbing engine brakes off. There is absofrickinglutely no need whatsofrickingever to have that stupid engine brake on on that flat road. The ONLY fricking time you need the engine brake on is if youre going down a steep hill.

You make a right turn from the right lane whenever possible. It doesn't matter that there were 3 lanes marked for a right turn, in Truck Driving 101 you're taught to make it from the right lane to prevent idiots like this car driver from doung the very thing that they did.

Even though you were taking up the left and right turn lanes, I do believe it's the white cars' fault. I could be wrong, but it seems like to me the white car did an illegal lane change in the middle of the right turn.

Both are gonna be at fault. Your dashcam proves driving on marked lanes, a moving violation for you, and the same for the car. Swing wide is great, but as a pro, you're supposed to maintain control of your lane. You took up too many, and mid turn, you weren't occupying the correct one, and YOU allowed a car into your blind spot. As cdl holders, were held to a higher standard than class c drivers. Take it to court, talk it down maybe, but youll be hit with a moving violation, points, time in court, fines, and increased insurance rates. Its a poop sandwich and i bet your gonna have to eat this one.

It is the trucks fault. Anyone with a class a that has driven one can tell you why. Just in case, the truck went into the left turn lane instead of staying in the left most right turn lane.

70/30 your fault ma trucking brother. Yes the car moved over lanes when taking the corner. But was ahead of you at the turn. With also being on your blind side. You knew the car was there and took the corner to quick while assuming the car was going to see you. You got to remember that they might not know how much room your going to need

Car's fault, but you have to assume people will do dumb ** like that and stay a step ahead. Never take your eyes off your mirror, and be ready to stop at any time. I almost had a motorcycle go under my trailer once. He came completely out of nowhere, trying to sneak between me and the curb even though there was only one turning lane, and if i wasn't in the habit of looking out for that, he would have been fubar, and some billboard lawyer would be looking to score.

I have been driving give or take 25+ years, I have realized one thing,
( I can fix anything but stupid ), the average person that has an average drivers license is unbelievably ultra stupid, with S.C. at the very top of the list -
It’s obviously it’s the person in the car is at fault. Do they ever think that truckers have dash cams too? And when they give out their report and lie about it isn’t this faulty to the police and insurance companies? I believe that is jail time.
