It could have been an honest mistake you do get tired driving those trucks for long hours over the road so he could have just made a mistake and grabbed the unleaded nozzle instead of the diesel nozzle.

No I'm going to mention the fact that he's not even using the diesel pump!? That's the gasoline pump so either this guy is stupid or he might be using the gas to clean something IDK and yes you should say something cuz that would be the right thing to do. People do the messed up thing and record when somebody's doing something wrong rather than stopping them to help out
