Those newer freightliners suck. You hold it to the floor but there’s no power put to the ground. It’s like it only lets it spin to 3 mph max.

Even with the differential locked?

Sounds like you need to let your air pressure to build up to start with?
Lock your second drive axle in?
You may have to dig out your tandems if they’re hung up on that snow bank it looks like you backed into?
Find someone with a four wheel drive truck who’s willing to give you a jerk out of that snow bank you appear to be hung up on.
