Someone forgot to lock the trailer in and for god sake would someone turn the damn thing off

  2. @TomLeonard-wi6ri Avatar

The drivers at fault didn't make sure the trip the forklift was off the trailer that's why you double check everything drivers before you move away from the dock

  3. @DanielTibbetts-bk5dj Avatar

Towmoror operator is at fault, most places take the key and lock out the trailer air line supply

  4. @lokeijak Avatar

So thats what happens when you take off on a redlight….

  5. @richsmith7200 Avatar

I usually shut engine off loading or unloading so loaders can relax a bit, also get verbal ok to leave dock. Had a big electric pallet jack come onto my trailer after warehouse manager asked me to pull away for 2 pallets from a smaller truck to get unloaded first(spoke to me over the phone).

    Western Express. Nuff Said.

  7. @jamesthomas4868 Avatar

    Oh boy Welfare express again.

  8. @asphaltcowboy7049 Avatar

Considering the name on the truck, I think we know the answer.

Who ever told thar driver he was loaded.

  11. @JustThinkAbout... Avatar

I always at least look for the plate if I can’t see the door

  12. @jr3254 Avatar

Always make sure the dock plate is down thats the first order of the day

  13. @Harb67 Avatar

I don’t pull away until I have performed a visual check of the dock door and plate. Never trust the lights or paperwork in hand. Get out and look.

  14. @arthursmith9264 Avatar

Of course, the Driver as he or she should never take off B4 checking first EVEN if they tell you ,you should go & Smith System 2035 & Happy Trails

  15. @earlehamilton3499 Avatar

That's why it was a must to the rear tyre's both sides wheel Chubbs.

  16. @burqueninja5056 Avatar

If the loader made sure it was chalked when he started loading or unloading and the driver removed them it would be the drivers fault! It’s most likely both parties fault if no chalks were on the tires !

  17. @ronshupe9905 Avatar

I always went back at a dog like that to take the chalks off the wheel and before I would go back to the truck I would look up through the crack at the back the trailer and make sure that the dock door is shut

  18. @meanderingmind9 Avatar

Just like we check to make sure our king pin is locked, despite the tug test, we should make sure the dock door is closed before pulling away, despite the green light…

  22. @mrcorridor3499 Avatar

For everyone in this chat. Is that a Trl latch at the bottom of the dock? What purpose is it supposed to be used for? Why is the driver in possession of the TRK key and work is not complete? Why is the trl not Dollied down and TRK hoses disconnected? Just a couple of questions off the dome.🤔

  23. @alexselness8309 Avatar

i think the forklift itslef is at fault… looking like its slacking on the job

  24. @JovanyAcosta-z8b Avatar

I work for Coca-Cola and I approve this video 😂😂😂😂

  25. @santiagogarza6573 Avatar

Always go look at the back of your trl. Make contact with the loader, for ok to pull out.

Dock pin wasnt latched , dock workers fault

  28. @Why...So...Stupid... Avatar

The fork truck driver clearly didn't make sure the trailer was hooked to the dock.

  29. @jamesrector18 Avatar

I drive a forklift and that's not what I'm worried about. It's these questionable floors I drive on 😂

  30. @lesterking2790 Avatar
