I just had an SUV on the interstate last night not allow me to pass. We were in the right lane and he was 10 miles under the speed limit. I went left lane to pass him and he sped up and turned his bright lights on. So I got back behind him in the right lane because even if I passed him, I'd be blinded by his brights. Eventually 4 cars came up in the left lane and he sped up real fast to not let them pass. So at least he sped up and put some distance between us and I was able to cruise the speed limit in the right lane.
