That's what people need to start doing. Even if the guy wasn't Indian accident, if you try to speak to someone and they can't speak English back to you is there driving in 80,000 lb semi truck. You need to call Dot and ice and Report their ass. We need to stop letting this happen in America and start getting these people deported. And their licenses taken away.
