    GPS box got ripped off?
    Not fully installed gps box?
    Indicator/turn signal ripped out?

    Anything on the other side?

This is a tricky one. Looks like it poked theough. I mean. Just the ither night there was a guy hauling ass up the grapevine with both rear doors swingin. Also saw two trucks pull theough the scale with no trailer lights. The ither day my dad said he saw a flatbed going fully loaded through the empty scale. 😂

It's not a violation it's someone trying if the trailer is loaded or not they usually find a rivet or a small hole and stick a metal coat hanger in to see if it is if it is they try and see what it is and see if it's worth breaking into the trailer to steal what's inside. The other explanation is someone was bored one day and was messing around with a piece of metal and just put it there
