Bro!!!! Yes. I live up in and drive flatbeds around New England and sure you see uncovered loads now and then but i am from P.R. originally. I go back all the time. The idea of tarping any sort of load is so foreign down there. 99% of Dump Trucks in and around Ponce….rocks just fly off everywhere. It drives (pardon the pun) me crazy. Anywhere that this happens makes me feel shame and rage. And I'll not even mention the "securement" for heavy equipment down there as well. Chains?!?! What for?!?! It's heavy enough it won't go anywhere. Sigh😢
