Oh boy another super trucker ,when will these knuckleheads realize a truck is a truck is a truck, you don't know weight until you have driven a gravel truck and yeah I have driven just about everything with wheels (and no I'm not Bragging) but gravel trucks come with their own set of challenges…..the biggest problem with highway drivers is they have too much alone time to obsess about gravel trucks lol

in just about single place in America if an insecure load is causing hazards and dropping material onto the road the driver is liable for damages call it in to the police….

1. The truck appears to be EMPTY.
2. Some states leave it up to the drivers choice to tarp or not but the driver is ultimately responsible for flying rocks.
3. Following ANY materials vehicle closer than 200 feet is additionally STUPID. -

I live by nothing but gravel pits so there's dump trucks everywhere and very rarely do they ever put their tops down its obnoxious..

As a guy who doesn’t know much about our beloved truckers and the community they operate in to help produce for our country, I actually just learned that, I’ve wondered before (not bothered due to being a pickuptruck driver), I’ve always wondered about the tape and the “when do they” type stuff. So yalls unique comments have helped me understand, maybe other truckers wonder the same thing like him, surely he’s just thinking out loud.
