    It looks like potatoes, and i have hauled beets the same way like this too it’s a real mess you’ll have to do a trailer washout afterwards or you probably won’t get a reload there’ll be too much dirt inside

    I used to hate bulk potatoes. They load them right out of the field hot then expect the refer unit to cool them down. Hot potatoes cooling unit creates lots of humidity whitch means unit will freeze up and won't cool. So save yourself or the company money and manually defrost every hr or so. Don't know what it costs now but back 10 or 12 years it would cost 500 to a thousand for me to come out in the middle of the night and spend 3 hrs just hitting the defrost .
