The law actually puts the 4 wheeler in the wrong. They are required to back up and give way to the truck. This actually happened to me and a cop came. The car was ticketed for obstructing traffic. The cop told me if it had escalated to an arrest, they could've charged the car with a felony. Interfering in interstate commerce. It comes with about a year and a half prison sentence.

I am a retired truck driver on my local city route had to deal with this everyday with a W900 about the size as this truck! I would just pull up and wait til the cars move! sometimes many cars had to back up by the time the car moves!!
