Services for company drivers

Use the official store locator to find a location suitable for your trip. The company provides convenience-store food, fuel and related services, with a dedicated fleet rewards program at diesel locations. Confirm commercial-vehicle access and the amenities you need before choosing a stop. Store services and fuel products vary by location.

A company driver’s fuel payment method is usually determined by the carrier. Confirm the approved network and purchase instructions before fueling. A loyalty card tracks rewards; it is separate from the fleet card or account that pays for the transaction.

Kwik Rewards Fleet

The professional-driver program awards points for diesel, CNG and dispensed DEF purchases, with fuel multipliers based on prior-month gallons. The official fleet page explains that drivers can pick up a free Fleet Rewards card at a diesel location, register it online and use the dedicated Kwik Rewards Fleet app to track their earnings.

Swipe the card or scan the app barcode before payment, following the pump’s instructions. The company specifically says a phone number cannot be used to earn fleet points. Smartdesq and SmartAuth transactions use a different sequence: payment authorization comes first, followed by the loyalty-card prompt.

The published shower reward requires 75 or more gallons of diesel, CNG or dispensed DEF in one transaction and is valid for 14 days. The drink reward requires 50 or more gallons and lasts 24 hours. Check current eligibility, account credits and the location’s facilities before planning your break around a reward.

Fleet Rewards uses points; the consumer Kwik Rewards program uses visits and fuel discounts. Use the correct program and app for your account.

Commercial and fleet fuel cards

Kwik Trip’s business-card page describes fuel rebates, expense tracking, detailed reporting and online account management. The DataTracker card offers customized card restrictions and controls. The company also links to an Extended Fleet Card and a Business Plus Mastercard option; these have different issuers and acceptance networks.

The Extended Fleet Card is issued by Corpay, while the Business Plus Mastercard is issued by Fifth Third Bank or another financial institution. Compare the current agreement, network and account terms with the needs of your business. Company drivers should use the card their employer provides rather than opening a new account to fuel an assigned truck.
