Pilot Flying J
Travel centers, diesel fuel, reserved truck parking, driver rewards and truck care.
About Pilot Company and Flying J
Pilot Company operates the Pilot and Flying J travel-center brands and related fuel businesses. Jim Haslam founded the company in 1958 with a gas station in Gate City, Virginia. Pilot’s official overview describes more than 900 locations across 43 states and five Canadian provinces and identifies Berkshire Hathaway as the full owner since 2024.
The network serves professional drivers, fleets, motorists and RV travelers. Travel centers combine fuel, food and convenience services with location-specific showers, parking, scales and truck care. Use the official locator for the selected location’s current address, phone, amenities and fuel information rather than assume every site has the same facilities.
Truck stops, fuel and driver services
The location directory supports searches for nearby Pilot and Flying J travel centers and amenities. Check diesel and DEF availability, truck parking, showers, restaurant options and any required scale or repair service before a stop. Network capacity figures do not indicate live parking availability or current shower queues.
The Pilot app provides driver tools and rewards features, including access to location information. The official shower page explains that drivers can check availability and book through the app when parked at a travel center. Review the current reward and shower-credit rules rather than rely on an old promotional offer.
Prime Parking reservations
Prime Parking lets drivers search by city, state or store number and check semi or bobtail parking availability. Make a reservation through the official service and review its current price, arrival instructions and terms. The published arrival procedure says to find the spot, print a hang tag inside and display it in the window.
Confirm that the reservation is for the correct store, date and equipment. Keep the confirmation available and ask the store about any problem finding the assigned area. General truck parking and paid reserved parking are different options; a location listing alone does not reserve a space.
Truck care and roadside help
Pilot partners with Southern Tire Mart at Pilot for tires, preventive maintenance, truck repairs and inspections at participating centers. Published services include tire and brake care, wheel-end work, alternators, starters, air systems, cooling systems, diagnostics and trailer washouts. Alignments and certain inspection services are location dependent.
Truck care and 24/7 roadside assistance: 833-260-7867. Published roadside options include electrical service, jump starts, battery replacement, emergency fuel and DEF, lockouts and selected diagnostics. Confirm actual coverage, technician availability, estimated arrival and fleet approval before authorizing service.

Fleet accounts and careers
Pilot’s fleet offerings include fuel-credit and direct-bill options, fuel and factoring services, and access to a customer portal. Contact the sales team or an official fleet specialist to discuss the appropriate program and current eligibility, costs and account terms. Drivers should follow their fleet’s approved fuel and maintenance payment procedures.
Official career links cover travel-center roles, corporate positions and driving opportunities. Applicants should use the current Pilot careers website and the contact channel associated with the specific vacancy. Guest Services, sales and media contacts have different purposes and should not be treated as recruiter numbers.
