Roehl Transport jobs and driver development

Roehl Transport is a trucking company with a dedicated driver careers website at Roehl.Jobs. It offers resources for experienced Class A drivers, recent CDL graduates and applicants who need to earn a CDL. Its job search helps drivers identify opportunities near their home and compare available fleets and schedules.

Freight, routes and experienced-driver options

Roehl’s experienced-driver page describes van, flatbed, refrigerated, dedicated and specialized fleet choices. Its broader service website also includes curtainside freight. The career website promotes local, regional, dedicated and over-the-road positions; the current opening determines your actual equipment and work duties.

Roehl describes a Dynamic Pay Plan and address-to-address practical route mileage calculations. Ask recruiting for the personalized pay, home-time and benefits quote offered on the experienced-driver page. Compare the calculation method, non-driving pay and expected schedule rather than assuming every fleet pays the same rate.

Home-time options vary by fleet. Confirm days out, days home, weekend expectations, the hiring area and whether the tractor can be parked near your home. For flatbed or specialized work, ask about securement, tarping and any required training.

Three entry points for applicants

  • Need a CDL: the Get Your CDL program is structured as employment with paid training.
  • Already have a new CDL: recent graduates can explore Roehl’s inexperienced-driver and on-the-job training opportunities.
  • Experienced CDL-A driver: use the experienced-driver job search and request a fleet-specific quote.

Owner-operator and lease opportunities are presented separately. Applicants should review the business costs and contract terms directly rather than treating them as equivalent to an employee driving job.

Get Your CDL program: what to review

The official program overview says participants are employees from day one, receive paid CDL training lasting three weeks at available locations, and continue into on-the-job training after obtaining the license. It states that lodging and most meals are provided. Applicants should confirm the current training site and their responsibilities for travel and permit preparation.

The program includes a formal commitment: the overview describes the training value as a loan that need not be repaid after completing training and working 120,000 solo miles, estimated there at about 15 months. Read the actual agreement and ask how repayment works if training or employment ends early. Do not interpret paid training as an unconditional grant.

How to search and apply

  1. Enter your city, state or ZIP code in the official driving-job search.
  2. Select the experience path that accurately reflects your current license and background.
  3. Review the specific fleet’s home time, freight duties and hiring requirements.
  4. Use the official Apply Now or Let’s Connect form, or contact a driver recruiter.

Roehl’s form distinguishes people without a CDL, recent graduates, experienced applicants and owner operators. The inquiry form contains phone/text recruiting communication terms; read them before submitting. Keep your application confirmation and the fleet or job reference for follow-up.
