Rutter’s Truck-Friendly Fuel Stops

High-speed diesel, in-lane DEF, selected truck parking, food, rewards and fleet fuel programs.

About Rutter’s

Rutter’s combines convenience stores, prepared food and fuel with a long family history in York, Pennsylvania. Its history page traces the family farm to 1747 and the Rutter Bros. Dairy business to 1921. For a professional driver, the practical distinction is between an ordinary convenience-store fuel stop and a location equipped for commercial trucks. Use the current store locator and diesel directory to choose a suitable stop for your tractor and trailer.

Diesel, DEF, parking and scales

Rutter’s publishes separate information for Auto Diesel and dedicated High-Speed Diesel. Its high-speed diesel locations also offer in-lane DEF. The diesel directory marks locations offering truck parking, and separately identifies locations with both CAT Scales and truck parking. These services vary by store; a diesel listing alone does not establish overnight parking or a scale.

The store finder includes filters for Truck Diesel, DEF, Truck Parking, 24 Hours, car washes, propane and food ordering. Select the services you need, then review the individual location. Before planning a long break, ask the store about parking rules, trailer access and current space availability. A locator filter describes a facility; it does not reserve a parking space.

Fleet cards and driver rewards

Rutter’s offers a dedicated fleet fuel card program. Its published program describes volume-based standard rebates of up to 7.5 cents per gallon at Rutter’s-branded locations, following a promotional period. Rebates and eligibility can change, so review the current fleet page and application before choosing a card. Confirm acceptance with your carrier if you use an employer-issued fuel card.

The consumer rewards program is a separate service. Registered members can identify their account using a phone number and PIN or a rewards QR code at checkout or the pump. The app offers fuel-discount tracking, store discovery, fuel-price information and order-ahead features. Review the current terms for qualifying purchases and redemption limits instead of assuming that a personal reward combines with a fleet-card rebate.

Store addresses and related dairy contacts

The official store/contact directory lists locations including 2215 Old Trail Road, Etters, PA 17319; 100 Grand Street, Hamburg, PA 19526; and 2 Rutter’s Drive, Bedford, PA 15522. Check each location’s diesel and parking listing before routing there. A store address is not the corporate correspondence address.

For Rutter’s Dairy business inquiries specifically, the dairy publishes 2100 North George Street, York, PA 17404; 717-848-9827 and 888-840-1667. Dairy sales lists dairysales@rutters.com and 800-840-1664. These contacts concern dairy products and distribution, not a store’s parking or fleet-card account.
