About Sheetz and choosing a truck-friendly location

Sheetz is a family-owned convenience-store company with roots in 1952. Its official site describes Made-To-Order food and beverages available 24/7/365. The business combines food ordering, convenience retail, fuel, a mobile rewards program and business fleet cards. Professional drivers should select a location equipped for their truck rather than assuming every Sheetz has commercial diesel lanes or room for a full tractor-trailer.

Start with the official website or app to identify the store you intend to use. Check its fuel types, entry and exit arrangements, and any store-specific services. Before making a stop part of a required rest break, confirm parking rules with that location. High-flow diesel availability does not by itself establish overnight truck parking, showers, CAT Scales or mechanical service.

Truck diesel and bulk DEF

Sheetz distinguishes Truck Diesel, Auto Diesel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid on its fuel page. Truck Diesel is dispensed through a high-flow hose; the company states that the fuel tank needs to hold 75 gallons or more. Its published diesel information describes 40 cetane fuel that may contain 2–20 percent biodiesel. Some locations also dispense Auto Diesel through a high-flow hose.

DEF is a separate product, typically available through a separate hose at locations with High-Flow Truck Diesel. Keep diesel and DEF fill points separate, follow your equipment specifications, and check your carrier’s fuel instructions. Confirm the location and posted price before pulling into a lane; site amenities and fuel products vary.

Business Edge fleet cards

Sheetz Business Edge has distinct Loyalty and Nationwide card options, issued by WEX Bank. The Nationwide option has broader acceptance, while the Loyalty option is designed for Sheetz fueling. The current card comparison and agreement explain acceptance, account charges, rebates and eligibility. Review those documents before applying rather than choosing solely from a promotional headline.

The fleet program includes transaction reporting, fuel-expense accounting, employee/card spending limits and driver PIN authorization. Fleet SmartHub supports account management, transaction review and lost-card cancellation. These tools help a fleet separate authorized fueling from other expenses. Rebates depend on program terms and qualifying volume; use the official fleet-card contact for current account information.

My Sheetz Rewardz and food ordering

My Sheetz Rewardz is the consumer loyalty program, separate from the business fuel-card account. Members earn points on qualifying purchases and can redeem available offers. The FAQ explains that email validation affects enrollment in the everyday fuel discount. The app also supports ordering and paying ahead for Made-To-Order food. Check offer eligibility and the selected pickup store before placing an order, especially when routing through several locations.
