Hang out with a Real Semi Truck Driver as he drives across the country in a Semi Truck.(1)

About This Video

CompanyDriver.tv’s video follows a real semi truck driver on a drive across the country. The appeal is the chance to spend time with a driver during a long-distance trip, rather than get only a brief summary of trucking. For people curious about life behind the wheel, that straightforward premise puts the driver and the journey at the center. It’s a trucking-focused watch for viewers who want to hang out with a professional driver as he travels in a semi truck, with the emphasis on the cross-country drive itself.

My Take as a Company Driver

I think a simple drive-along idea can be appealing because it keeps the focus on the driver and the trip. As a driver, I know people are curious about what trucking looks like beyond a quick clip, and a cross-country run gives them a broad subject to follow. I wouldn’t assume every trip is the same, but I’d watch this for the chance to spend time with a real semi truck driver on the road. If you enjoy that kind of trucking video, leave a comment with what you’d like to see more of.
