Seems today it's all out drive in left lane 85/90mph since while driving 75mph traffic blows on by. Cops usually set on standby for traffic management once accidents occur. It's a free for all on Interstates in Indiana since the left lane law was passed by legislators and governor few years back.

Naw man he not being sneaky nor does he need to be because most drivers ain’t paying attention anyway so they can hide in plain sight. You my friend are one of the few that do therefore makes you a good and professional driver. Be safe out there
