Maybe… Just maybe… If you operated the lift according to how it's properly supposed to be operated, i.e. forks to the down hill side of the ramp, it wouldn't slide back down on a damp ramp.

I drive lift all day lift fork litle tilt foward more traction but be carecull wen using stearing ๐๐
