It just seems like the manager wants to have issues with the driver. He has no clue what happened and thus can't even come to a proper conclusion of what happened or might have happened. He showed up bug-eyed with anger. He did not come over to see what is going on and how to make things work. He came over with Bug-Eyes and Anger in his voice and an attitude of wanting too escalate the issue….This does not seem like a good manager IMO.

I can't even understand that motherfucker in the white shirt. He's talking a 100 miles an hour. You can barely hear him. Anyone who doesn’t drive will always hate the guy who shows up to deliver- regardless of how bad they need the product on the truck or not. People will not understand what it’s like to be a truck driver or a delivery driver or even worse a delivery truck driver. Until they hop in the driver seat, they’ll always think they know what’s best for the trucker.
To be a truck driver is to be treated like shit.
I've worked in all aspects of the manufacturing and delivery process. The hardest one because of people's attitudes was driver. Be it cargo in a big rig or food from Uber eats, receivers were most often the worst. Building the product, no big deal. Shipping, tracking, receiving, none were much of a problem for me. But when dealing with receivers/customers, that's the hardest part.
Just suffering from power trip syndrome
How sad his life must be. Walking around like he has some kinda authority. Bet his wife left him for another man, and that's why he acts this way… hopefully his company see this and they fire him. He's a liability with a hostile attitude like he has
