Red light means trailer plates is in the trailer do not pull out trailer is locked .GREEN LIGHT MEANS PULL OUT WITH CAUTION VERY SLOWLY.

I'm a yard driver.
1. The bypass switch is on and needs to be shut off.
2. Get a spotter and stand at the end of the trailer and signal driver when it's safe to pull away. The building door should be shut and ramp should of been removed. If ramp still in truck contact the office or yard driver who has a radio. -
