Bull Haulers I believe have to move fast. I heard something to do with the stresses of the animals and for comfort like air circulation. That's what I heard. However I completely understand the worries due to size, weight, and speed. I also believe that the rules bull haulers have also go for I think, for all livestock haulers. I don't drive trucks I am just saying.
