Because I have a natural tendency to always Grant the benefit of the doubt If I was driving by in a regular passenger car at highway speeds and saw this That would have been my assumption I would have assumed the innocent thing… but with video moving at slower speeds and stopping at the scene it is obviously theft not a sanctioned transfer of deliveries.
