Just buy a pad lock. Even if you aint put a seal on, no smuggler is gonna be able to put the pad lock they broke back on.

Weird…we had a truck come weekly and always had a seal that had to be broken by the store manager only. They can’t do the same?

Pit a zipper tie on your trailer latch. Thats what my grampa tought me to do
