It actually is, they use them to transport drugs Coast to Coast. Was watching an interview a few months back about a Gangstar bragging about how they use them the reasoning for it and it's quite smart. Most cops assumed that they are going to a car show so they are overlooked quite easily. They always go to speed limit and never give the cops reason to pull them over. There much more manageable if they maintain a sense of uniform. And I think only two or three of their cars actually have drugs in them everything else are decoys, if the cops do put the lights on one of the cars that have the drugs then everyone scrambles and the decoys try to get that cop to pull them over.
