Coming back west on that stretch the speed limit for cars was 55 to where it went to 2 lane. Unfortunately i was incredibly stupid doin 66mph and was aware of the fact that i majorly screwed up when the bear parked behind a bldg on the gravel road turned his lights on.what most don't realize is it was a 20mph reduced gear zone and i was 46mph over the speed limit.i pulled over right in front of him and was wondering what i was gonna be doin for my next line of employment.he cut me a break and wrote me for 11,with the warning that me and my friends had all just recieved their warning.we traveled that road everyday,a little slower after. Thanks officer,i havent had a ticket since.that was 94.

I just set my cruise for 43, and my Jake's keep me at 45 the whole way down. Love watching everyone pass me just to see them on the straight at the bottom of the hill cause they burnt up their service brakes for the turns.

Is this a shortcut? Just wondering if trying to have trucks not take the road. Looks like a drop off ahead. Just wondering. I’ve always hated mountain driving. Just me. I’ve been hemmed up in rural areas.

I was towing a trailer with a fully loaded suburban moving my kid to a new apartment. Right after the bottom of that mountain (heading the other direction) a brake line in my suv ruptured. I was so lucky it didn’t happen on the mountain.

It might be that ole 30 lincoln highway crst drivers aren't allowed to take it when I was with them ,the cold rush
