Worst thing for me is to eat greasy food that takes a ton of energy to process makes me crash really hard. During my 8/11/14 i eat light foods like a sandwhich, hot dog, or salad. Then when i hit " Sleeper berth " i eat whatever. Do a 15 minute workout then start shutting down

For 11 years I was always taught never take a lunch for are 30 min breaks if you drove under 10 miles per hour you can get away with moving around of just unload your trailer for 30 mins
