Landing gear fail I see it all the time
Ya the cross shaft bolt sheared off or cross or shear pin in top of dolly leg sheared , both reasons could be due to some gorilla winding legs down with 2 heavy a load
Dolly fail, either the bolt broke or its stuck. This happened to me once and a repair came out to force the dolly into the highest position. My unload was live so I took it to the shop after I was done.
It's because the landing gear is out of adjustment is the screw on the side of each landing gear that you can adjust it
Either that you are on uneven ground if it's like that all the time. Current 2 by 4 with you to put up under the landing gear and let it down on them
