Companies or the insurance companies need to start rewarding drivers who avoid accidents. Especially fatal accidents that could cost millions in law suits.

BLACK ICE! You usually don't know you're on it until it's too late. Watch out for tire spray from other vehicles especially trucks. If you suddenly stop seeing tire spray and the road still looks wet then you're on black ice.
Stay off the brakes hard and gradually slow down. You may even have to try and aim for the dirt on the shoulder. Also, if you see trucks start to slow you should do the same thing…

Traffic has come to a dead stop and I don't see one truck nor car have their four ways on to warn drivers behind them. Sure, he should have been paying better attention, but communicating a risk is also our job.
