What he's doing is being a disrespectful inconsiderate jerkwad parking on the fuel island blocking it instead of being a real professional truck driver and getting a parking spot like he's supposed to. You should've pulled up right behind him and flashed your headlights at him and blew the heck out of your horn, then if he didn't move get out and go up to his truck to see if he's in there, and if he is tell him to move.
